Ingredients
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Prepare your pan by lining an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butterscotch chips and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows, allowing them to melt slightly while keeping some shape.
- Remove from heat and mix in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan, pressing it evenly into the corners.
- Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
- Lift from the pan and cut into squares using a sharp knife.
Notes
Serve with ice cream or fresh fruit for an added twist. Can be frozen for up to three months.
