Ingredients

  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan by lining an 8×8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butterscotch chips and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows, allowing them to melt slightly while keeping some shape.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the pan, pressing it evenly into the corners.
  6. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  7. Lift from the pan and cut into squares using a sharp knife.
