- 1 Pie Crust (store-bought or homemade)

- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 Eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set it to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Place the pie crust into a greased pie dish.
- Sauté the Filling: Melt butter in a skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Add the Mint: Stir in chopped mint and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the Creamy Base: Combine cream cheese and eggs with the sautéed mixture until creamy.
- Fill the Crust: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Cool and Serve: Allow to cool slightly, garnish with extra mint leaves, and serve.
Notes
For a more robust flavor, consider using shiitake mushrooms. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months.
