- 1 lb ground pork
- 8 oz thick egg noodles or rice noodles

Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Mince garlic, chop green onions and any chosen vegetables.
- Cook the Pork: In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and brown the ground pork until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add Garlic: Stir in minced garlic and sauté until golden.
- Mix in Sauces: Add soy sauce and chili paste, adjust spice level, and allow to simmer.
- Combine the Noodles: Add cooked noodles to the skillet, mixing to coat in the sauce and add vegetables until tender.
- Finishing Touches: Top with green onions and sesame oil, garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground pork with ground turkey or chicken. You can also use tofu or mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
