Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thin)
- 200g egg noodles or rice noodles
- 5 cloves of fresh garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions (sliced for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Cook the noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside, drizzling with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through.
- Lower the heat and toss in the cooked noodles, coating them with the sticky garlic sauce.
- If desired, drizzle in sesame oil and toss everything together. Garnish with sliced green onions.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding fresh vegetables or using whole wheat noodles for a healthier option.
