A comforting dish featuring tender chicken and chewy noodles coated in a sticky garlic sauce, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced thin)
  • 200g egg noodles or rice noodles
  • 5 cloves of fresh garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions (sliced for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside, drizzling with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and sauté until browned and cooked through.
  4. Lower the heat and toss in the cooked noodles, coating them with the sticky garlic sauce.
  5. If desired, drizzle in sesame oil and toss everything together. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding fresh vegetables or using whole wheat noodles for a healthier option.
