Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and pour it over the chicken.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooking is complete, shred the chicken in the crock pot and stir to mix.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or crusty bread. You can also experiment with adding vegetables like carrots or peas.
