- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, carefully add the chicken pieces in a single layer.
- Fry chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Transfer cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve with steamed broccoli or jasmine rice.
