- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Graham Cracker Crumbs for coating
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion the mixture into balls and set them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
- Chill for at least another hour before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for smoother blending. Adjust spices according to personal preference.
