Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting if desired.
