Ingredients
- 2 large Sweet Potatoes
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional Seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, cinnamon) as desired
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Thoroughly scrub the sweet potatoes under cold water. Optionally peel them and cut them into thin sticks, about 1/4-inch thick.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sweet potatoes are well-coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, then flip the fries. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Once browned, let the fries cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauces!
Notes
Keep an eye on the fries as baking times may vary. Using a convection oven will enhance crispiness.
