- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Ketchup and Worcestershire sauce (for glaze, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, ground meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, and spices. Mix until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or shape it by hand on a baking sheet.
- For extra flavor, slather a mixture of ketchup and Worcestershire sauce on top.
- Bake for about 55-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
