Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the heavy cream until it just begins to steam. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until it’s melted and smooth.
- Let the ganache cool slightly before pouring it into your choice of serving cups.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours, or until set.
- Once the ganache is set, top each cup with fresh strawberries and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- For added flair, drizzle with a bit of melted chocolate or a dusting of powdered sugar.
- Present your cups on a lovely platter and serve.
