Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha (to taste)

  • Burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into burger-sized patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha to create the Sriracha mayo.
