Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into burger-sized patties, about ¾ inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha to create the Sriracha mayo.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each patty for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side, until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached.
- Toast burger buns on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading Sriracha mayo on both halves of the bun, adding the patty, and your favorite toppings.
- Serve and enjoy!
